FITCH RATINGS MIGLIORA IL MERITO DI CREDITO DI BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO
IL RATING EMITTENTE A LUNGO TERMINE DELLA BANCA SI COLLOCA AL LIVELLO "BBB" CON OUTLOOK POSITIVO
Banca Popolare di Sondrio ("BP Sondrio" o la "Banca") informa che, in data odierna, l'agenzia Fitch Ratings ha migliorato la valutazione del merito di credito della Banca. In particolare, il rating emittente a lungo termine è stato alzato dal precedente giudizio "BBB-" al livello "BBB", con outlook positivo.
Il miglioramento del giudizio riflette l'odierna e analoga azione di rating riguardante BPER Banca S.p.A, nel cui Gruppo bancario BP Sondrio è entrata a far parte a seguito del successo nel luglio scorso dell'offerta pubblica di acquisto e scambio volontaria promossa dalla stessa sul totale delle azioni della Banca.

FITCH RATINGS UPGRADES THE CREDIT RATING OF BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO
THE BANK'S LONG-TERM ISSUER RATING STANDS AT "BBB" WITH POSITIVE OUTLOOK
Banca Popolare di Sondrio ("BP Sondrio" or the "Bank") announces that, today, Fitch Ratings has upgraded the Bank's credit rating. Specifically, the long-term issuer rating has been raised from the previous rating of "BBB-" to "BBB", with positive outlook.
The upgrade reflects today's similar rating action on BPER Banca S.p.A., whose banking group BP Sondrio joined following the success last July of the voluntary public purchase and exchange offer launched by the former on all of the Bank's shares.
