Sub: Intimation of Resignation of Independent Director in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR’)

In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 05[th] March, 2025 in respect of resignation of Mr. Umang Hasmukhbhai Dasani, Independent Director, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of LODR, we wish to inform the exchange that Mr. Umang Hasmukhbhai Dasani, Independent Director who had tendered his resignation due to personal reasons and other pre-occupations, will be relieved from his duties as independent Director of Axel Polymers Limited from today i.e. 29[th] March, 2025.

The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III- Para A(7B) of Part A of LODR and SEBI circulars issued in this regard, are given in Annexure I. The letter of Resignation received from Mr. Umang Hasmukhbhai Dasani is enclosed herewith as Annexure II.
