AXA - INCREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL RELATED TO ISSUE OF IKAS SHARES

Oslo, 15.06.2016 - Reference is made to previous stock exchange

announcements from Axactor AB ("Axactor" or the "Company") concerning the

issue of new shares to the selling shareholders of IKAS (the "IKAS

Shareholders"), including stock exchange announcements of 7 April 2016, 26

May 2016 and 30 May 2016. The Company announces that it has now resolved to

issue, and the IKAS Shareholders have subscribed for, the 49,033,589 new

shares of Axactor indicated in the previous announcements.

After registration of the new share capital, the share capital will be

462,823,974.5, divided into 925,647,949 shares each with a par value of SEK

0.50.
