NOTICE OF CHANGE OF AVIO S.P.A. SHARE CAPITAL AS RESULT FROM THE EXERCISE OF AVIO S.P.A. MARKET WARRANTS FOR THE PERIOD FROM 1 TO 16 AUGUST 2017

Rome, 30 August, 2017 – We hereby notify the new fully paid-up share capital following the exercise of n. 2,931,747 Avio S.p.A. Market Warrants for the period from 1 to 16 August 2017 for the subscription of n. 795,422 conversion shares and the related share capital increase for an amount of € 79,542.20. The related certificate was filed at the Rome Companies' Register on 29 August 2017.

Compliant with the "Avio S.p.A. Market Warrants Regulation" and as notified by Avio S.p.A. on 17 August 2017, the exercise period is closed and the n. 34,711 remaining unexercised Market Warrants are void and without validity.
