Admission of New Ordinary Shares

Further to the Company's announcement on 25 March 2011 of the publication of the prospectus (the "Prospectus") in relation to the placing of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Placing") at a price of 100 pence per share (the "Placing Shares"), and in accordance with the Prospectus, the Company announces that the listing of the Placing Shares to the standard segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA") and the admission of the Placing Shares to the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities became effective and that dealings commenced at 8:00 a.m. today.

The Placing Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company with ISIN GB00B196F554.

As at today's date, the Company has in issue 38,532,220 ordinary shares.
