TRANSACTION IN OWN SENIOR NOTES

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that on 2 and 3 June 2020 the Company repurchased US$1,000,000 Avation Capital S.A. 6.5% senior notes due 2021 issued under the Avation global medium term note programme.  The notes were acquired through the market at a price of 76.25 per cent and will be cancelled.

The Company will continue managing its capital structure as necessary.
