continues to grow US presence and wins new metro rail contract**

Future Fibre Technologies Limited (ASX: FFT), a global leader in fibre optic intrusion detection systems, today announced that it has shipped its 1,000[th] intrusion detection system as part of a metro rail project order in the United States -­‐ valued at $320K.

FFT Chief Executive Rob Broomfield said: “From FFT’s broad range of intrusion detection solutions, we are delighted that Secure Fence has been selected for this perimeter application. Secure Fence is without question the most proven and effective long-­‐range fibre optic fence mounted intrusion detection solution on the market. This contract also marks something of a milestone for FFT – having now shipped more than 1,000 fibre optic intrusion detection systems worldwide.”

“Having already secured contracts with a number of US power authorities, the metro rail project follows the expansion of our American sales team – including the appointment of additional East Coast, West Coast and Central Sales Managers. FFT has also recently expanded its technical training and support facility in Omaha to support the strong sales growth experienced in FY15.”
