Re: Announcement Regarding a Trading Suspension on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd.

Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) (the "Company" or "Matomy") today announced that, following the recently announced trading suspension of Matomy's securities on the High Growth Segment of the London Stock Exchange's ("LSE") main market on the opening of business on Tuesday, 23 June 2020, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. ("TASE") advised the Company today that, contrary to the Company's prior understanding (based on legal advice), Matomy's securities will be suspended on TASE in conjunction with its suspension on LSE.
