Management Changes

Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA, "Matomy" or the "Company") announced that Mr. Amitay Weiss was appointed as the Chairperson of the board of directors of the Company.

The Company further announced that Mr. Ilan Tamir was appointed by the Company's board of directors to hold the position of interim Chief Executive Officer in addition to his position as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Tamir's employment with the Company will terminate on September 30, 2020.
