UPDATE ON THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Pursuant to Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) ("Matomy" or the "Company") announcement dated December 31, 2019 about the posting of a shareholders notice of the Company's extraordinary general meeting ("EGM"), to be held at 08:00 (London time) / 10:00 (Tel Aviv time) on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 16 Abba Hillel Rd. (10th floor), Ramat Gan, Israel (at Meitar, Law Offices) ("Notice"), the Company hereby announces that the Notice was published on December 31 using the RNS Out of Hours facility, on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange website and delivered to each of the registered shareholders of the Company.

However, due to system/human error the Notice was not posted on the RNS on January 2, as requested by the Company, and after noticing the error, the Company acted to rectify the error and it is posting the Notice again, herein.

Although all shareholders were duly notified, as detailed above, and in order to avoid any situation where a shareholder are prevented from exercising their right to vote, the Company hereby extends the voting period until 10:00 (UK time), on Tuesday, February 4 (instead of January 30, 2020).

The EGM will be held as scheduled on Wednesday, February 5, 2020.
