Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

The Company was notified on 10 September 2018 of the following transactions:

·     Trevor Mather (Director) notified the Company that he had exercised 103,457 nil-cost options, including 2,236 rolled-up dividend shares, in respect of the 2016 Deferred Annual Bonus Plan awards.  48,753 shares were sold at an average price of £4.33 per share to cover tax and other deductions. The balance of 54,704 shares was retained.

·     Nathan Coe (Director) notified the Company that he had exercised 51,235 nil-cost options, including 1,107 rolled-up dividend shares, in respect of the 2016 Deferred Annual Bonus Plan awards.  24,147 shares were sold at an average price of £4.33 per share to cover tax and other deductions. The balance of 27,088 shares was retained.

Following these transactions, Trevor Mather holds 12,054,704 shares in the Company (including shares held by connected persons), representing approximately 1.27% of the total issued shares in the Company (excluding shares held in treasury). Nathan Coe holds 2,910,340 shares in the Company (including shares held by connected persons), representing approximately 0.3% of the total issued shares in the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
