COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGE

Auto Trader Group plc (LSE: AUTO, "Auto Trader" or the "Company") the UK's largest digital automotive marketplace, announces that Claire Baty will assume the role of Company Secretary from Sean Glithero with effect from 1 November 2016. Sean Glithero, previously Finance Director and Company Secretary, will continue as Finance Director.

Claire joined Auto Trader as Deputy Company Secretary in July 2015.  Claire previously held the same position at Betfair Group plc and prior to that was Company Secretary at Centaur Media plc. Claire is a qualified accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.
