Initial Director’s Interest Notice - Clarification

The company refers to the Appendix 3X – Initial Director’s Interest Notice lodged on 30 September 2008 for Mr Peter Remta. The director’s relevant interest in the Appendix 3X listed a relevant interest in securities as a result of family association.

Mr Remta has advised that following a review of these holdings based on the notifiable interest requirements of section 205G of the Corporations Act and the determination of a relevant interest pursuant to sections 608 and 609 of the Corporations Act, his family association does not give rise to a relevant interest in the disclosed securities.
