TRADING HALT

The securities of Silver City Minerals Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 26 July 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Silver City Minerals Limited ( Silver City or the Company ) requests a trading halt in trading of the Company’s securities – security code SCI.

• (a) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by Silver City of details of an equity funding transaction. The trading halt is necessary to ensure the market is properly informed.

• (b) The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of an announcement referred to in (a) above or prior to commencement of trading on Wednesday 26 July 2017.

• (c) The Company is not aware of any reason why the request for a trading halt should not be granted.
