Subject: Outcome of the Rights Issue Committee ("Committee") of Aurum PropTech Limited ("Company") for Extension of Closing date of Second and Final Call money payment period.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform the shareholders of the Company that the date of closure of the Second and Final Call money payment period, which opened on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 and was scheduled to close on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 has now been extended till Wednesday, April 30, 2025 by the Rights Issue Committee in its Meeting held Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

This is in order to provide an opportunity to shareholders to pay the Second and Final Call money. There is no change in the Notice of Second and Final Call dated March 19, 2025 except for modification in the last date and mode of payment.

The change in the last date of the Second and Final Call money will result in a change in the indicative timetable of post-issue activities.

The aforesaid documents shall also be made available at the website of the Company at https://www.aurumproptech.in/investor/second-and-final-call and on the website of KFin Technologies Private Limited, Registrars and Transfer Agent of the Company at https://rights.kfintech.com/callmoney.

The meeting of the Rights Issue Committee commenced today at 11.00 AM (IST) and concluded at 11.20 AM. (IST).
