Notice of AGM

Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading spoken word audio on-demand platform, has today issued and posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2015, including a notice convening the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). This document will shortly be available for viewing on the Company's corporate website (www.audioboomplc.com).

The AGM is to be held at 29 Cloth Fair, London EC1A 7NN at 12.00 noon on Wednesday 4 May 2016.

Registered shareholders and/or duly authorised corporate representatives or proxies intending to attend the AGM are advised to bring evidence of their shareholding or authorisation with them.
