Resignation of Non-Executive BoD member

CrediaBank S.A. (the «Bank») informs investors that the Board of Directors of the Bank took note of Mr Nikolaos Bakos' letter of resignation as a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors.

Mr Bakos submitted his resignation due to his heavy professional obligations outside the bank, that do not allow him to meet the increasing needs of the Bank, resulting from the Bank's new growth trajectory.
