The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Press release ATOSS wins major order from T-Punkt Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH Munich, May 22, 2006 – ATOSS Software AG has recorded an additional large-scale order from a prominent new customer, T-Punkt Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, a 100% subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG. Only a few days ago, the specialist company for software solutions revolving around intelligent personnel deployment had announced a significant order placed by the Edeka Group. In the case of T-Punkt Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, ATOSS Software AG is implementing its complete range of solutions at all of the around 470 T-Punkt shops. The order entails requirements-oriented personnel deployment planning, as well as working time management as part of the ATOSS Retail Solution, a software solution especially customized to meet the requirements of retail companies. A critical factor for winning this new large-scale customer was the performance strength of the Retail Solution, which is based on the Java-based (J2EE) ATOSS ASES 3.3. As a result of this new order, ATOSS Software AG has successfully expanded its position in the retail area. Against the backdrop of this order and the orders from the EDEKA Group already announced, on May 11, 2006, ATOSS Software AG significantly raised its profits expectation for the current business year in terms of the operating result (EBIT), from €1.7 million to €2.3 million. Consequently, the Company expects the operating result to significantly exceed the operating result of the previous year (€0.6 million) and of 2004 (€1.2 million), as well as to at least match the operating result of the best year recorded in the history of the Company to date (2003). Given a continued pleasing development in business, the Company sees additional potential to exceed this EBIT expectation.
