ATOSS Software AG: Record figures for the first quarter of 2009

Munich, April 8, 2009 - Strong growth has continued at ATOSS Software AG
during the first quarter of 2009. Revenue totaling EUR 7.1 million,
corresponding to growth of around 11% year-on-year, reflects a record level
of revenue for an individual quarter in the company's history. An overall
high level of customer demand, particularly for software licenses, resulted
in a marked increase of around 21% compared with the previous year, to
almost EUR 1.6 million.

The company also reported new record figures in the order book position for
software licenses. With an order backlog of EUR 3.7 million as of March 31,
2009, the previous peak level of EUR 2.5 million as of December 31, 2008
has been exceeded by a wide margin.

Given the success the company has achieved, the Management Board
anticipates a further significant improvement in earnings compared with the
previous year's first quarter. The company will publish the relevant
details on April 23, 2009.
