Notice on the Resignation of a Supervisory Board member

According to the Article 459 of the Capital Market Act hereby we notify that the Management Board of Atlantic Grupa d.d. (hereby also as: the Company) on May 11th, 2016 received a resignation letter from Ms. Vedrana Jelušić Kašić, in which she resigns from her position as a member of the Company's Supervisory Board, effective on June 15th, 2016.
