Announcement of the session of the Management Board

Pursuant to Article 159. of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Atlantic Grupa d.d. (hereon in the text: the Company) hereby announces that on July 29, 2013, the Management Board of the Company will be held in order to consider the consolidated and unconsolidated financial results of the Company for the first half of 2013.
