ATLANTIA: SALE OF 88.06% STAKE IN AUTOSTRADE PER L'ITALIA S.P.A. COMPLETED
Rome, 05 May 2022 – Following the press release published on 30 March 2022, Atlantia announces that it has today completed the sale of the entire stake held in Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. (equal to 88.06% of the share capital and voting rights) in favour of the Consortium consisting of CDP Equity (51%), Blackstone Infrastructure Partners (24.5%) and Macquarie Asset Management (24.5%).
Atlantia received a total sale consideration equal to €8,198.8 million including the ticking fee accrued and net of minor price adjustments recognised under the terms of the sale agreement.
