Director/PDMR Shareholding

Eastinco (AQSE: EM.P) announces that it has received notification that Charles Bray, Executive Chairman, has acquired 650,000 ordinary shares at a price of 2.0308 pence per share.  Following this acquisition Charles Bray directly holds 2,270,000 ordinary shares representing 0.52% of the outstanding share capital; and, Mr Bray indirectly holds 26,270,000 ordinary shares representing 6.04% of the outstanding share capital. 

Additionally, Mr  Bray is part of a Concert Party holding 87,940,500 ordinary shares representing 20.2% of the outstanding share capital.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the announcement.
