Changes in Atea Senior Management Group

Group Director for Corporate Development & M&A and

member of Senior Management Group Jesper Mathiasen

has chosen to terminate his employment contract with

Atea ASA as of today to start his own consulting

business.

"Jesper Mathiasen has been a central person for

Atea's development during the last three years.

Jesper has among others been responsible for and

managed more than 30 successful acquisitions and

divestments. Jesper has contributed professionally

and actively to the successful development of Atea in

the financial crisis. We wish Jesper all the best in

the future", says Claus Hougesen, CEO in Atea.

Atea has signed an M&A consulting agreement with

Jesper Mathiasen to support continuously execution of

the acquisition strategy in the 20:11:1 growth

plan.

In the future the responsibility of M&A will be

transferred to CFO Rune Falstad.
