Release of half year 2009/2010 financial report

Lyon, November 24 th , 2009 – The 2009/2010 Interim Financial Report of ATARI on the first six months ended September 30, 2009 is available and can be accessed in the "Financial Statement" part of the ATARI website (http://corporate.atari.com).

This document includes the half year consolidated statements, the half year activity report, the statement of the person responsible for the half year financial report as well as the report of statutory auditors on the half year consolidated financial statements.

An 8-page statement on the subject has also been circulated and posted on the ATARI website on November 12th, 2009.
