Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made public by Astrocast SA ("Astrocast") on 3 August 2021 at 13:31 (CEST) regarding resolution for admission to trading. The company is currently in the process of transferring new shares issued to shareholders and expects that the first trading date will take place on 12 August 2021.
