The Company has received a letter dated 26th September 2014 from James Sharp & Co of Bury, Lancs, confirming that Graeme Calder Walker Marshall has a holding of 69,705 Ordinary 2½p Shares in ABE. These shares are held within the broker's nominee company in Crest; Rulegale Nominees Limited. No other information has been made available to ABE in respect of this acquisition.

The above holding represents 3.4% of the issued Ordinary Shares of ABE.
