ASOS Plc ("the Company") announces that Karen Jones, a Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,280 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 9 April 2014 at an average price of £47.055 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Ms Jones holds 20,780 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
