ASOS Plc ("the Company") announces that Hilary Riva, a Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 227 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 April 2014 at an average price of £50.34 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Ms Riva holds 227 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
