Director/PDMR Shareholding

ASOS plc ("the Company") announces that Terri Westlake, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) of the Company, sold 3,564 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 January 2013 at an average price of 2550 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Ms Westlake no longer holds Ordinary Shares in the Company.
