Sub: Allotment of Non-convertible Debentures

In furtherance to our letter dated May 14, 2020 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on May 19, 2020, has allotted 4,000 (Four Thousand) Rated Listed Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) having face value of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) each for cash aggregating to Rs.400,00,00,000/- (Rupees Four Hundred Crores only) on private placement basis.

The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
