Date of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, ASF Group Limited (ASX: AFA) (the “Company”) advises that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 28 November 2023.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 5:00pm Sydney time on 10 October 2023.

A notice of the AGM will be issued in due course.
