Asetek A/S - NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD ON 29 NOVEMBER 2024
As announced earlier today on 7 November 2024, Asetek A/S intends to strengthen its financial position through a rights issue. Therefore, an extraordinary general meeting of Asetek A/S will be held on 29 November 2024 for the purpose of adopting an authorization to the Board of Directors to increase the share capital with pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders.
