In continuation with our earlier disclosures in relation to the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of slump sale of Advanced Material Undertaking of the Company to its wholly owned subsidiary viz. Arvind Advanced Materials Limited, we wish to inform that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (“NCLT”) has vide order dated 7[th] August, 2025 sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement.

The NCLT order was uploaded on the official website of NCLT at around 2:30 P.M. on 8[th] August, 2025 and is also available on the website of the Company at the following link NCLT Final Order .

The Scheme will be made effective upon filing of certified copy of the NCLT Order with the Registrar of Companies.
