Subject: Confirmation Certificate in the matter of Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
Dear Sir I Madam,
In reference to the above captioned regulation, we hereby confirm that the securities received from the depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter ended 31st December, 2020, were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories by us and that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.
SEBI vide their Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP/CIR/P/2020/62 dated April 16, 2020;SEBl/HO/MIRSD/DOP/OR/P/2020/112 dated June 30, 2020and SEBl/HO/MIRSD/ DOP/OR/P/ 2020/142 dated July 29, 2020 had extended the time line/period of exclusion (March 23, 2020 to September 30, 2020) for processing the demat requests by the I ssuer Company/RTA. We hereby also confirm that the security certificates received for dematerialisation have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the depository participant and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within the time lines mentioned in the aforesaid circulars.
