Artemis Board Changes

Artemis Resources Limited today announces the appointment of two directors.

Mr Jonathan Robinson and senior geologist Mr Frans Voermans have been appointed as non-executive directors of the company.

Mr Jonathan Robinson brings over 20 years of corporate finance experience to the Board of Artemis and is currently Managing Director of a renewable energy company specialising in power generation. Mr Robinson has also acted as Managing Director of a consulting firm to a boutique investment bank and has worked for a number of investment banks including a division of Macquarie Bank.

Mr Frans Voermans has over 40 years of mineral exploration experience including exploration, development and mining of projects in Europe, Africa and Australia.

Mr Voermans’ extensive experience in Western Australia and in particular the Pilbara area will assist the company in the evaluation and development of its exciting uranium, gold and base metals projects in Western Australia and Africa.

As Senior Geologist for Agip Australia, he was closely involved in the discovery and subsequent development of the Radio Hill Nickel-Copper Mine and the Elizabeth Hill Silver Mine, both located in the West Pilbara of Western Australia.

Mr Voermans is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Chartered Professional (Geology). He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Mr Richard Sealy will step down as a director and general manager of Artemis as of today due to his other board commitments and will continue to act as a consultant to Artemis. The Board expresses its appreciation of Mr Sealy’s service to the company during the last year and extends its best wishes to him for his future activities.
