This is in reference to the notice of postal ballot issued by the Company dated 16"' May, 2019 in terms of Provisions of Section 1100fthe Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder. The notice is already circulated to the Shareholders of the Company in due compliance to the applicable provisions, Subsequent to the issuance and Circulation of the said notice the alteration/modification in the Notice is hereby notified through this corrigendum to all the members of the company. As required under Regulation 3007the SEBI (Listing Obligationsand Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are attaching herewith the Corrigendum to the Notice dated 16'h May, 2019 as published in the newspapers on 22nd July, 2019.
