Other information: Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting in the

Company held on 4 September 2019 (the "EGM"), in which it was resolved to, inter

alia, carry out a 20:1 reverse share split of the Company's shares on such date

as determined by the Company's board of directors. In accordance with the

resolution of the EGM, the board has determined that the reverse share split

will be carried out as set out above. Following completion of the reverse share

split, the nominal value of the Company's shares will be NOK 1.
