Per Ronny Stav, CEO of Arribatec Group ASA has through Arriba Invest AS, a company controlled by Mr. Stav, today purchased 50.000 shares in Arribatec Group ASA at an average price of NOK 1.4928 per share. After this transaction, Mr.Stav, directly and indirectly, controls 80.965.209 shares in the company.
