A N N U A L GE N E R A L ME E T I N G D A T E A N D D I R E C T O R N O M I N A T I O N CL O S I N G D A T E
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Aroa Biosurgery Limited (ASX: ARX) (“Company”), advises that its next Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Tuesday, 20 July 2021. An election of directors will be held at this AGM pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 14.5. Details of the Directors to be elected will be included in the forthcoming Notice of AGM.
The Closing Date for receipt of nominations for the position of Director is Monday 31 May 2021. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5:00 pm NZST on this date at the Company’s Registered Office.
The Company notes that the deadline for nominations for the position of Director is separate to voting on Director elections. Details of the Directors to be elected will be provided in the Company’s Notice of AGM in due course.
