Information relating to the Combined Annual General Meeting of 2nd June 2015
The shareholders of Arkema are invited to participate to the Combined Annual General Meeting (ordinary and extraordinary) which will take place on 2nd June 2015 at 10 a.m. (Paris time) at the Palais des Congrès, Amphithéâtre bleu, 2 place de la Porte Maillot, 75017 Paris.
The information provided for in article R.225-73 of the French Commercial Code including the Preliminary Notice of Meeting (Avis de réunion - only available in French) published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires) dated 3rd April 2015, the Notice of Meeting (Avis de convocation - only available in French) published in the BALO dated 6th May 2015, the Notice of Meeting leaflet together with its Addendum as well as the terms of participation and vote to this Annual General Meeting are available in the section «Shareholders & Investors/Annual General Meeting» of the Group's website, under the following link: www.finance.arkema.com.
The information provided for in article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code is included in the 2014 Reference Document, also available on this website.
