AND TO: Each holder of ordinary shares in Argosy Minerals Limited to whom Offers were made under the Takeover Bid who have not accepted the offer.
The Offeror gives notice pursuant to s650D(1) of the Corporations Act of a variation of the Offer dated 2 September 2013.
The Offeror varies the offer by extending the closing date to 5.00 pm (Perth Time), 30 November 2013.
