Argo Global Listed Infrastructure Limited (AGLI or Company) advises that the listed options issued to participants in the Company’s initial public offering on 3 July 2015 have now expired.
Of the 143,063,214 options (ASX code: ALIO) issued, 391,852 were exercised at $2.00 each and have been converted into the same number of fully paid ordinary shares (ASX code: ALI). The remaining 142,671,362 options lapsed unexercised on 31 March 2017.
