ArcticZymes Technologies ASA: Primary insider selling shares in connection with option program

Tromsø, Norway, 13 June 2023 – With reference to stock exchange announcement regarding option exercise published today, 13th June 2023, at 11.40 CET where CFO, Børge Sørvoll exercised 200,000 options at a strike price of NOK 8,00 per share, CFO Børge Sørvoll has sold 130.000 shares at NOK 40.00 per share to cover the tax obligation and the strike price following the exercise.

Following the transaction and registration of the shares, CFO Børge Sørvoll has 95.428 shares and 180.000 options in ArcticZymes Technologies ASA
