Biotec Pharmacon - Mandatory notification of trade

(Tromsø 14. September 2017) Svein Lien, CEO of Biotec Pharmacon has today

purchased 50.000 shares in Biotec Pharmacon. 25.000 shares have been bought at

NOK 7,00 per share via his fully owned company Spiralen Industrier AS and 25.000

shares have been bought at NOK 6.99 per share on Svein Lien . After this

transaction holds Svein Lien and associates 600.829 shares and 160.000 options

in Biotec Pharmacon.
