Placement cleansing notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act

Archer Exploration Limited ( Archer or Company ) has issued 27,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price of $0.07 per share under a placement ( Placement ) announced to ASX on 1 March 2017.

Details of the Placement are:

Archer advises that:

1. The shares offered under the Placement were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

• This notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act.

1. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company and section 674 of the Corporations Act.

2. As at the date of this notice, there is “no excluded information” within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act (as if this notice were a notice under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act).
