Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of Aqua Bio Technology

("ABT" or the "Company") on 29 April 2021 regarding board approval of new shares

in a completed private placement raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 15

million (the "Private Placement"). In connection with the Private Placement,

shareholder Kjeveortoped Espen Dahl AS lent out 605,017 shares in order to

arrange for settlement of the new shares to be delivered in the Private

Placement.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares to

settle the share lending agreement with shareholder Kjeveortoped Espen Dahl AS

has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

(Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The share capital increase pertaining to the remaining

698,690 shares issued in the Private Placement is still pending registration.

ABT's new share capital is NOK 47,510,970, divided into 19,004,388 shares, each

with a nominal value of NOK 2.50.

The new shares issued in the Private Placement will initially be issued on a

separate ISIN, and will only be converted to the ordinary ISIN of the Company's

shares following approval and publication of a listing prospectus.
