Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of Aqua Bio Technology

("ABT" or the "Company") on 29 April 2021 regarding board approval of new shares

in a completed private placement raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 15

million (the "Private Placement"). The Private Placement was directed towards

Akvakulturpartner AS, an investment company which focuses on attractive and

innovate aquaculture opportunities, and certain other external investors.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares towards

Akvakulturpartner AS has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). ABT's new share capital is NOK

49,257,695 divided into 19,703,078 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK

2.50.

The new shares issued in the Private Placement will initially be issued on a

separate ISIN, and will only be converted to the ordinary ISIN of the Company's

shares following approval and publication of a listing prospectus.
