Aqua Bio Technology ASA: First order from Maikiwi Ltd under distribution agreement for China confirmed

Technology ASA (ABT) has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with

Maikiwi Ltd for mainland China and the distribution of the skincare series from

Moana Skincare. Maikiwi Ltd has now confirmed its first order of Moana Skincare

products under this distribution agreement.

Moana Skincare currently consists of a portfolio of 19 skincare products, most

of which are based on potent extracts from plants found in New Zealand's

unspoiled nature and have been used in traditional medicine by the country's

indigenous people, the Maori, for centuries. The cornerstone of Moana Skincare'

skincare products is a certified organic red seaweed found in the waters around

New Zealand.

Maikiwi Ltd, founded in New Zealand 2015, is focusing on identifying high

quality products in Western countries, introducing new brands to Chinese online

platforms and channels as well as developing high-end customers for new products

from Western countries.
