AQUA BIO TECHNOLOGY ASA: KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO THE PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement by Aqua Bio Technology ASA on 4 December

2018 concerning, inter alia, a private placement with gross proceeds of up to

NOK 15 million (the "Private Placement") and a contemplated repair issue of up

to NOK 625,000.
